"I can't say enough great things about Nancy! My wife and I were having a lot of issues with USAA (our insurer for over a decade). We got sick of poor customer service and consistent mistakes with our policies. We did our research and decided to go with State Farm as our next insurer. As we wanted to act fast to avoid a lapse in coverage, Nancy graciously took us same day, last minute on a Saturday and did everything in her power to make sure we had the proper insurance coverage we needed that day. I'm already so impressed with State Farm and the customer service Nancy provided to us. Thanks so much, Nancy!"
